VAAS Email Automation – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Description: The VAAS Email Automation Service provides automated outbound email campaigns, follow-up sequences, and related marketing automation tools. Monthly email quotas: Starter (750 emails), Growth (2,000 emails), Enterprise (custom volume by contract).
2. Subscription Billing: All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your billing cycle begins immediately upon successful payment. Pricing: Starter ($50/month), Growth ($110/month), Enterprise (custom pricing). If payment fails, we will attempt collection for up to 7 days before pausing your Service.
3. Email Sending Limits & No-Overage Policy: Each plan includes a fixed monthly allocation. Once your limit is reached, additional emails will not be sent. There are no per-email overage charges. If you consistently exceed your limit, you must upgrade to a higher tier before additional sending capacity is unlocked.
4. Compliance With Email Laws: You must comply with CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, GDPR, and CASL. This includes sending only to contacts who provided consent, including unsubscribe links, and maintaining accurate sender information. You are solely responsible for email content.
5. Prohibited Use: The Service may not be used for spam, unsolicited mass emailing, purchasing/scraping email lists, sending harmful or fraudulent content, or abusive campaigns. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.
6. Data Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate business and billing information, maintaining updated payment details, and ensuring your email contact list is compliant and legally obtained.
7. Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance. We are not liable for delays, outages, or deliverability issues caused by third-party providers.
8. Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel anytime through your customer portal or by contacting support@vaaslab.com. All fees are non-refundable, including partial months, unused email capacity, and early cancellations. Your Service remains active until the end of your billing period.
9. Suspension & Termination: We may suspend or terminate your Service if billing fails repeatedly, you exceed plan limits without upgrading, engage in spam/fraud/prohibited activity, or violate email compliance laws.
10. Data & Privacy: We store campaign performance data and metadata for operational purposes. We do not sell or share your customer lists with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications: We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
